摘要
为了研究高温胁迫对铁炮百合生理特性的影响,以铁炮百合离体苗为材料,在35℃高温胁迫下,分别在2、4、6、8、10 d对铁炮百合组培苗的生理指标进行测定。结果表明:高温胁迫下,随着处理时间的延长,其丙二醛含量增加,35℃高温胁迫6 d,超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶,可溶性蛋白含量达到最大值,但6 d后,各指标明显开始下降。说明:35℃不间断胁迫6 d对铁炮百合植株产生了不可逆的的热伤害作用。
In order to make a study of the effect of high temperature stress on physiological property of Lilium longiflorum, the physiological index of tissue culture seedling of Lilium longiflorum were detected at the second day, 4th day, 6th day, 8th day and 10th day under 35 ℃ high temperature stress with in vitro shoot of Lilium longiflorum as material. The result shows that under high temperature stress with the prolongation of treatment time the MDA content increases and at the 6th days under 35 ℃ high temperature stress the content of SOD, Peroxidase and soluble protein reach the highest but after the 6th days the various indexes begin to decline significantly. It shows that 6 days of 35 ℃ uninterrupted stress produces irreversible thermal injury effect on the plant of Lilium longiflorum.
