摘要
目的:对我院中药饮片小包装配方差错进行统计,分析配方差错的原因并有效控制和减少差错发生。方法:对我院门诊中药房2011年11月~2012年4月中药饮片小包装处方调配中发现的配方差错进行统计分析。结果:中药饮片小包装配方总差错率为3.74‰。结论:明确我院中药饮片小包装配方差错原因,并采取有效措施,为减少中药饮片小包装配方差错提供参考和依据。
Objective: This paper aims to carry out a statistics by which to analyze and define the causes of blending errors with herbal decoction pieces prepared in our hospital and thus to exercise better control of the problem and reduce errors. Methods: To carry out a statistical analysis of the blending errors found with the herbal decoction pieces prepared in the Outpatient Service of our hospital from Nov., 2011 thru. Apr., 2012 . Results: The overall blending error ratio comes to be 3.74 ‰ with the herbal decoction small pieces considered.. Conclusion: The causes to the errors are clearly identified and this serves good reference for better control and reduction of the blending errors that may happen to small packaged herbal decoction pieces.
