摘要
介绍了一种基于转速压力双闭环控制的全局功率匹配节能系统,分析了按工况选择不同模式的观点和实现方式,并在挖掘机上进行了试验。结果表明:该系统克服了以往单纯依靠压力或转速控制方式的不足,具有转速稳定、响应速度快的优点,发动机始终在最佳工作区附近工作,节能效果显著。
A power matching energy-saving system based on speed-pressure dual closed loop control was in-troduced. The idea of choosing patterns by working conditions and its implementation were analyzed, and the tests were conducted on excavators. The results indicate that the system overcomes the shortcomings of control modes of pressure and speed. It runs stable and fast, and keeps the engine working in the optimum area.
