摘要
研究了芒果采后热烫处理、药物处理、气调和自发气调贮藏对延缓后熟和控制病害的作用。结果表明:52~54℃热水浸泡10~8 min、1000 ppm 扑海因或特克多对控制炭疸病有明显效果,GA 3可以通过延缓后熟来控制病害的发展,3%~5%的 O_2和2%~6%的 CO_2可以延缓后熟和控制病害,但适当采用上述处理的综合措施效果更佳。
This paper is dealing with the effects of hot water dipping,fun- gicides,CA and MA storage on the postharvest diseases of Mango.The treat- ments of 52~54℃ hot water dipping for 10~8min,dipping fruits in iprodione and thiabendazole with or without GA_3,CA storage with 2%~3%O_2 and 2%~6% CO_2,and MA storage are effective against the anthracnose and stem-end rot.The effec tiveness will be improved if the fungicides are included in the water during heat treatments and the mangos are stored in the CA or MA conditions。
