摘要
目的对福建生物工程职业技术学院学生的早餐摄食情况与早间情绪的相关性进行研究,旨在为大学生健康教育提供参考依据。方法采用回顾问卷调查法收集424名学生(男生151名,女生273名)1周早餐情况,根据中国居民平衡膳食宝塔及中国食物成分表计算学生早餐食物选择、膳食结构和成分,同时利用视觉模拟评分法测量学生早间情绪,对摄食情况对情绪的影响以及膳食成分与情绪的相关性进行统计学分析。结果男、女生早餐食物选择差异性大(P<0.01),学生早餐膳食结构不合理、营养成分不均衡的现象普遍存在,早餐进食能改善学生的早间情绪(P<0.01或P<0.05),多种膳食成分与男、女生情绪有显著相关性(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论改善早餐摄食情况有助于提高学生身心健康。
Objective To investigate the correlation between breakfast intake and mood in students in Fujian Biotechnology Vocational and Technical College,and to provide a reference for health education of college students.Methods The breakfast intake status was investigated among 424 students(151 boys,273 girls)by questionnaire.Food choice,dietary structure and nutritional components were calculated by Balance Diet Pagoda for Chinese Residents and food component database.The effect of breakfast intake on the mood and the correlation between food components and the mood were analyzed.Results Food choice was significantly different between boys and girls(P 0.01).The phenomenon of unreasonable dietary structure and unequal nutritional components existed commonly.However,breakfast intake improved morning mood in students(P0.01 or P0.05).In addition,a variety of dietary components were significantly correlated with the mood(P0.01 or P0.05).Conclusion The improvement in breakfast intake can be helpful for the physical and mental healthy in college students.
