北京地区水稻根际固氮活性的初步研究

摘要 用乙炔还原方法测定了北京地区水稻根际的固氨活性。结果表明在水稻生长期内,于孕穗至乳熟阶段,根际维持着较高的固氮活性水平。不同品种根际固氮活性差异很大。氮肥施用对根际固氨活性的影响,在水稻生长早期和施氮后的短期内表现抑制效应,此后则表现促进。在本试验条件下,没有观察到稻草还田对根际固氨活性的显著影响。 The nitrogen fixing activity of rice root zone in the suburbs of Beijing was measured by ecetylene reduction method.The nitrogen fixing acti- vity of rice root zone was maintained in rather high level from booting to milk stage of rice growth,there was obviously different among rice varieties (from 389.98±31.4 to 6.77±1.3 nmol C_2H/plant^(-1).h^(-1)).Inhibiting effect was presented temporarity but soon afterward nitrogen fixing activity much increased when ammonium sulphate was applied(300kg/ha).There was no clear effect in nitro- gen fixing activity of rice root zone when straw was applied in rice field.
