摘要
以Fe系黑釉为底釉,Ti系釉为面釉制备窑变拉丝釉。主要研究了底面釉的成分,高温粘度,釉层厚度和烧成制度等因素对拉丝釉釉面效果的影响。当底釉配方为:釉果67%,钾长石19%,氧化铁10%,石英4%;面釉配方为:钾长石29%,方解石12%,碳酸钡10%,氧化锌5%,烧滑石4%,高岭土8%,石英26%,氧化钛6%时釉面效果最佳。
In this paper, the drawing glaze was prepared by traditional glaze preparation process. Fe series glaze and Ti series glaze were used as bottom glaze and surface glaze, respectively. The influence of chemical composition of the bottom glaze and surface glaze, high temperature viscosity, glaze thickness, firing system on the glaze effect was discussed. The optimum bottom glaze composition is glaze paste 67%, K-feldspar 19%, Fe2O3 10%, quartz 4% .The optimum surface glaze composition is K-feldspar 29%, calcite 12%, Ba2CO3 10%, ZnO 5%, talc 4%, kaolin 8%, quartz 26%, TiO2 6%.
