试验表明,久效磷、倍硫磷、西维因、马拉氧磷、虫螨磷对拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂具有明显的增效作用,西维因、倍硫磷或马拉氧磷与氰戊菊酯混用(3:1)对瓜蚜的共毒系数分别为166.8,276.7和411.1;久效磷、倍硫磷或虫螨磷与溴氰菊酯以3:1混用对瓜蚜的共毒系数分别为149.9,488.2和592.7。对桃蚜,马拉氧磷+氰戊菊酯(3:1)共毒系数为328.1,虫螨磷+氰戊菊酯(1:1)共毒系数为699.8;久效磷、西维因或虫螨磷与溴氰菊酯以3:1混用,共毒系数分别为143.2,258.0和448.1。这些有机磷或氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂对桃蚜或瓜蚜羧酸酯酶的活性具有明显的抑制作用(I_(50)值为10^(-5)~10^(-8)mol/L),其抑制能力与对氰戊菊酯和溴氰菊酯的增效程度呈显著正相关。说明对蚜虫体内水解拟除虫菊酯的羧酸酯酶的抑制是主要的增效机制之一。
Some of organophosphorous(OP)and carbamate insecticides are strong inhibitors of carboxylesterase.Inhibited median concentration(I_(50))of monocrotophos,BS-1752,C-7744,malaoxon and pirimiphos-methyl to carboxyles- terase activities of Myzus persicae Sulz.and Aphis gossypii Glov.,in vitro,were 10^(-5)~10^(-5)mol/L when inhibiting time was ten minutes.The toxicities of fenvale- rale and deltamethrin to these two aphids were strongly synergisted by these insecticides.The co-toxicity coefficients(CTCs)of C-7744,BS-1752,malaoxon in mixture application with fenvalerate(ratio 3 to 1)were 166.8,276.7 and 411.1,and the CTCs of monocrotophos,BS-1752 and pirimiphos-methyl in mixtu- re application with deltamethrin(ratio 3 to 1)were 149.9,488.2 and 592.7 to Aphis gossypii respectively.In Myzus persicae,the CTCs of malaoxon and plrimi- phos-methyl with fenvalerate(ratio 3 to 1 and 1 to 1 respectively)were 328.1 and 699.8 respectively,and the CTCs of monocrotophos,C-7744 and piri- miphos-methyl with deltamethrin(ratio 3 to 1)were 143.2,258.0 aod 448.1 respectively.The inhibiting ability of these ops and carbamate insec- ticides to the carboxylesterase fom Myzus persicae or Aphis gossypii was significantly correlated with the synergistic degree of they to fenva- lerate and deltamethrin.It suggested that the inhibition of the Ops and carbamate insecticiaes to pyrethroids hydrolytic enzyme were one of the major synergistic mechanisms of Ops and carbmates to pyrethroids in both Myzus persicae and Aphis gossypii.
