介绍了天津市技术防范监控点位规划系统的建设及应用情况,论述了规划系统的建设思路及空间基础图层的数据组织,应用SQL Server Spatial的数据类型和计算方法,在地图上完成视频监控点位的规划分布,实现对全市指定区域的技术防范监控点位的规划辅助功能。
This article describes the construction and application of Tianjin technical security monitor points planning system,introduces the idea of the conslruction of the planning system and the organization of the spatial based layers. It completes the planning points distribution of video monitoring on the map in the application of SQL Server Spatial Data types and calculation methods,in the end achieves the planning auxilial7 function of the technical sec in designated areas
