摘要
用不同剂量多效唑对‘敞口’山植进行土施或叶面喷施,结果表明其可明显抑制新梢生长,节间缩短,节数减少,叶面积减小,而比叶重和叶绿素含量增加。明显促进花芽分化而降低座果率。喷施50 ppm 赤霉素一次,可提高座果率但不消除多效唑对营养生长的抑制作用。处理可使果实变小,果形变扁,对果中糖、酸、果胶和 VC 含量无明显影响。讨论了适宜用量和方法。
Soil application and foliar spray of paelobutrazol(PP333)with different dosages were conducted on hawthorn cv.‘Chang-kou’for three years.The results suggested.PP333 could significantly reduce shoot growth,internode length,number of nodes and leaf size,and especially increase leaf weight and chlorophyll content. PP333 could significantly promote flower bud initiation and prohibit fruit setting on hawthorn trees.Spraying GA_3 50 ppm in one time in May couldn't eliminate the inhibitive effects of PP333 on vegetative growth of trees but could reduce the unfavorable effects on fruit setting of hawthorn.PP333 made the fruit smaller,the shape of fruit flatter,but it had no significant effects on the content of vitamin C, pectin,soluble sugar and titratable acid in the second year
