摘要
为了对Al/KClO4点火药的爆热进行更准确的测定,采用理论计算和实际测量,分析探讨了铝粉和高氯酸钾粒径及标准火药加入量对爆热测定的影响。结果表明:铝粉粒径是影响点火药爆热测定的内在因素,铝粉平均粒径越小点火药爆热值越高,平均粒径在为9.34μm时该点火药剂爆热值最高为9 952 J/g,接近理论计算值;高氯酸钾粒径(0.07~0.14mm)对其爆热值影响较小;标准火药量是影响点火药爆热测试值的主要外在因素,其加入量为0.8g时该点火药的爆热有极大值。
In order to test the explosion heat of Al/KClO4 accurately, the theoretical calculation and actual measurement were carried out, the influences of particle size of Al powder, KClO4, and adding amount of standard ignition powder were analyzed. It showed that the particle size of Al powder is the main internal factor, the smaller average particle size of Al powder, the higher explosion heat of ignition powder, the explosion heat reaches up to peak value of 9 952J/g, which approaches to the calculated value, when the particle size of Al powder is 9.34μm. While the particle size of KClO4 (0.07~0.14mm) has little effect on explosion heat. At the same time, the adding amount of standard ignition powder is the main external factor, the explosion heat reaches to the highest value with 0.8g standard ignition powder.
