摘要
对合成的18个光活性4-氯-α-(1-甲基乙基)苯乙酸及衍生物中的9个化合物的植物生长调节活性进行了测定,表明它们均具有一定的活性,特别值得注意的是(R)Ⅰ对小麦鞘切段的起始抑制浓度低于2,4-D,而(S)X Ⅲ则具有明显的矮化性能。
Nineteen derivatives of chiral 4-chloro-α-(1-methylethyl)-phecylane- tic acid were synthesized by usual method and part of their plant growth regulating activity was examined.It was found that they all have the 2,4-D like activity and(R) I is even stronegr than 2,4-D in inhibition activity from 10 ppm to 100ppm.
