溃疡性结肠炎癌变的发生机制、影响因素和筛查及防治 被引量:5

摘要 散发性结肠直肠癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)的发生途径包括腺瘤-腺癌途径(包括锯齿状腺瘤癌变的锯齿状途径)、De novo途径和炎症-癌症途径,后者即炎症性肠病[主要是溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerativecolitis,UC)]的癌变途径;由此途径癌变产生的CRC被称为结肠炎相关性CRC(colotis associated cancer,CAC)。
