摘要
军队干部医疗保健工作是军队医院的重要使命。随着社会的发展、医学模式的转变以及医疗服务需求的改变,医疗保健任务越来越重、标准越来越高、难度越来越大,并根据不同时期的形势发展而变化。南京军区南京总医院结合医院建设发展实际,不断创新干部医疗保健模式,干部病房管理实现了从全科化管理到专科化管理再到统分结合管理模式的转变,构建了集预防、保健、医疗、康复、疗养为一体的全维保健模式,促进了医疗保健质量不断提高、学科建设健康发展、人才培养多元高效。文中就医院干部医疗保健模式的实践与探索作一论述。
Healthcare for military cadres is an important mission of military hospitals. With the development of society, tran- sition of the medical model, and changes in the demand for medical services, the task of healthcare is getting heavier, with even higher requirements and more challenges. Based on the situation of the hospital development, we established an all-round healthcare model for military cadres, with the integration of prevention, healthcare, treatment, rehabilitation and convalescence by innovating the mode of cadres' healthcare and transforming cadres' ward from general to specialized and then to general-specialized integration. This model sig- nificantly improved the quality of healthcare, promoted the healthy development of disciplinary construction, and facilitated the diversity and efficiency of talent cultivation. This article focuses on the practice and exploration in establishing a new mode of military cadres' healthcare in the hospital.
