摘要
设计了一种贝母筛分机,利用振动原理和曲柄连杆机构来实现物料的分级,并且通过试验确定了它的主要工作参数——振动频率和筛面倾角。这种贝母筛分机具有结构简单、运输方便、分级效果好等优点,为贝母种植户节省了劳力,减轻了工作强度,是一种性能良好的贝母筛分机。
A fritillaria sieving machine was designed,which us the principle of vibration and a crank connecting rod mechanism to realize the classification of materials,and its the main working parameters ——the vibration frequency and the screen angle were determined with test method.The fritillaria sieving machine has the advantages of simple structure,convenient transportation,good classification effect,it is a good performance a fritillaria sieving machine.because of saving labor,reducing th work intensity,for fritillaria growers.
