摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇的醋酸水溶液为流动相、Simpack-VP-ODS为分离柱,在可变波长紫外检测器254nm波长下,对磺酰胺进行定量分析。结果表明,该方法的线性相关系数为0.999 9,标准偏差为0.43,平均回收率为99.94%,变异系数为0.44%。
A method for analysis of 2-aminosulfonyl-N,N-dimetylnicotinamide（sulphonamide） by HPLC was developed.Samples were dissolved in methanol and acetic acid as mobile phase,Simpack-VP-ODS column and UV detector（254nm） were used for quantitative determination.The results showed that the linear correlaion coefficient was 0.999 9,the standard deviation was 0.43,the average recovery rate was 99.94%,the variation coefficient was 0.44%.
