摘要
根据新型并联式数控龙门铣床工作的相关参数和工艺条件等,对C形龙门架的结构进行设计和优化。利用Pro/E建立机架三维模型,依托ANSYS有限元虚拟设计平台进行模态分析得出各阶模态下机架的固有频率和相应振型,从动态刚度指标对该机架进行评估和分析。利用分析结果改进有限元模型,使其固有频率远离外激振力的频率而避免发生共振。
According to the parameters and process conditions related to the work of the new parallel CNC milling ,this paper makes a study of the design and optimization of the structure of a C-shaped gantry, uses Pro/E to establish the three-dimensional model of the rack, calculates modal analysis to draw it' s natural frequencies and corresponding mode shapes of each modal , and then carries out the assessment and analysis of the rack according to the dynamic stiffness index on the base of ansys finite element virtual design platform. The results are used to improve the finite element model in order to make it' s frequencies away from the exciting force frequency resulting in resonance.
