摘要
企业是落实国家节能减排目标的重要主体之一,企业节能减排行为表现直接影响到节能减排目标的实现。在明确界定企业节能减排行为概念的基础上,重点归纳了企业节能减排行为的内涵特征,进而识别出影响企业节能减排行为的内部、外部因素,并从政府、社会与企业角度提出促进企业落实节能减排目标的政策建议。
Enterprise is an important part of the main body that can achieve the goals of Energy Saving and Pollution Abatement, and Enterprises＂ behavior exert a direct influence on the achievement of the goals. Based on the definition of corporates＂ behavior and its features, the internal and external influencing factors regarding corporate＂ behavior on energy saving and pollution abatement were recognized, and suggestions that promote corporate to realize the goals of energy saving and pollution abatement were provided.
