摘要
对于相对落后的农村和弱质的农业来说，政府的主导作用是至关重要的。韩国政府在建设新农村运动中的作用和成功经验，对我国政府在发展农业、开拓农村市场、增加农民收入以及最终实现农业现代化的过程中发挥主导作用有着重要的借鉴意义。
The leading function of a government is very important to the relatively backward countryside and weak agriculture. The function and successful experience of the government of the Republic of Korea in the construction of new countryside can be used for reference by our government to bring into play the leading function in the process of developing agriculture, opening up country market, increasing farmers' income and realizing finally agricultural modernization.
