摘要
为提高污水处理的效率,研究利用A2/O工艺考察进水COD对EPS的影响,并对EPS进行了含量测定。结果表明,在进水COD为360-420 mg/L条件下,EPS维持在400-500 mg/L,污泥沉降性良好。进水COD的降低导致EPS浓度增加,当进水负荷由400 mg/L降低至65 mg/L时,EPS由500 mg/L升高至890 mg/L。
Effect of influent COD on the extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) is investigated using A2/O (Anaerobic-Anoxic-Oxic) process to improve the efficiency of sewage treatment, and EPS is also analyzed. The results show that EPS is 400 - 500 mg/L and the sedimentation performance of sludge is favorable when influ- ent COD is 360 -420 mg/L. And furthermore, the lower in fluent COD can lead to higher EPS concentration and EPS is increased to 890 mg/L from 500 mg/L when the influence COD drops from 400 mg/L to 65 mg/L.
