摘要
校企合作"双师型"教师培养体系的构建要从物质资源、人力资源、文化等层面的全面对接切入,特别是作为校企合作"双师型"教师培养最高层次的文化对接,更要立足工业文化共同的文化基础,从物质文化、精神与制度文化三个层面,构建校企合作"双师型"教师培养的合作文化,真正实现"资源共享、优势互补、利益互惠、发展共赢、文化共融"的局面。
The building of cultivating system of double qualified teachers based on school-enterprise cooperation should make a comprehensive joint from material resources, human resources, and cultural level and so on. Especially, culture as the joint of thehighest level, it should construct a " double qualified teacher" cultivating cultural cooperation based on school-enterprise cooperation, which is implemented from the three levels of material, spiritual, and institutional culture in the basis of commoncultural foundation of industrial culture. Thus, the situation of " resource sharing, complementary advantages, mutual benefits, dualwin development and cultural integration" can be really achieved.
