摘要
针对Pt1000温度测量提出了一种基于广义延拓逼近法的新软件算法。介绍了一种采用惠更斯电桥进行Pt1000电阻测量,测量值经过AD623仪表放大器的信号调理和A/D转换进入到ARM STM32F单片机的主控单元,主控单元软件使用C语音进行广义延拓的新软件算法,得到温度值,误差小于0.050℃,该方法具有简单、实用、测温精度高、抗干扰能力强等特点。
A new software algorithm based on generalized extension approximation is proposed to measure the temperature of Pt1000. A method to measure the Pt1000 resistance by Huygens bridge is introduced. The measured resistance value is sent into the control unit of ARM STM32F microcontroller after AD623 instrumentation amplifier signal conditioning and A/D conver- sion. The C language is used in the control unit software for the new software algorithm to get temperature value. The result shows that the temperature error is less than 0.050 ℃. This method has many characteristics such as simplicity, practicality, high precision, strong anti-interference, etc.
