摘要
从安全性接地、避雷接地、屏蔽接地、工作接地几个具体方面分析总结了现在一般接地的方式和具体应用场合,讨论了不合理的接地方式导致的干扰形成的原理和一般工程上正确接地的应用原则,并阐述了接地设计的重要性,研究了不同的系统设备的接地方案,并根据具体电子车辆上装设备情况设计了两种可行的接地方案。最后根据实际工程经验提出了对外接地电阻小于等于10Ω,设备与汇流排的搭接电阻小于等于5 mΩ的具体参考值。
The general grounding ways and specific applications were analyzed and summarized in the aspects of the satety earth, lightning grounding, shielding grounding and work earth. The formation principle of interference caused by the unreasonable grounding modes and the criterion of the general correct grounding in engineering applications are discussed. The importance of grounding design is elaborated. The grounding schemes of different systems were studied. Two feasible grounding schemes were designed according to the specific electronic equipments in vehicles. The scheme that the external grounding resistance of vehi- cles with electronic devices should be less than or equal to 10 Ω, and the bonding resistance of the equipments and the busbars should be less than or equal to 5 mΩ is proposed according to the practical engineering experiences.
