摘要 为了能够快速存储并且读取数据,对基于SPI总线的FRAM存储进行了研究。在研究中采用了C8051F系列单片机为处理器,存储芯片采用的是FM25V10芯片,两者以SPI接口连接;实验内容主要是单片机发送多组数据,然后将其数据从存储芯片中读取出来,看与存储的结果是否相同。经过多次实验可以得出的结果是,以SPI为接口的FRAM存储设计能够满足要求,而且传输速度快;由此可以得出结论:该存储设计方法是可行的,可以应用在以后的各种数据存储方面。 The FRAM storage based on SPI bus was researched in order to quickly store and access data. C5051F series was adopted as processor in the research. FM25V10 was used as storage chip. The connection between the MCU and FM25V10 is SPI. The main contents of experiment is to send several sets of data from the MCU and read the data from the storage chip, and see whether the result are the same with the storage data. The experimental results show that the design of FRAM storage based on SPI can meet its requirements, and the transmission speed is fast. The conclusion is that the method of storage design is feasible, and can be used to a variety of data storage in the future.
