摘要 结合河北南网保定—中国电谷智能电网综合建设工程的具体情况,提出河北南网智能配用电一体化通信平台建设方案。以光缆、SDH、数据网、EPON为基础的全面覆盖区域内变电站、配网终端、用电信息采集终端的智能一体化通信平台,能够为电网、企业提供多种业务支撑,实现配电自动化、清洁能源接入、用电信息采集、智能小区等业务的承载。文章介绍了智能配用电一体化通信平台的通信组网方案、配电自动化通信系统建设方案、220 kV和110 kV变电站的MSTP和数据网建设、配网自动化、智能小区、清洁能源接入的EPON组网方式、清洁能源接入的通信方案等。 This paper proposes the scheme of integrated communication platform for power distribution and consumption network in Hebei southern power grid, combining with the particular case of smart grid comprehensive construction project in Baoding-China electric valley. This integrated communication platform is based on the optical cable, SDH, data network, and EPON. It can realize the comprehensive cover of the internal substation, distribution terminal and electricity information acquisition terminal. It can also provide the business supports including the distribution automation, interconnectivity of clean energy, electricity information acquisition and smart community. This paper also introduces the functions of the integrated communication platform in detail, which contains the communication network program, the construction plan of distribution automation communication system, the construction scheme of MSTP and data network for 220 kV and 110 kV substation, distribution automation, smart community, and EPON network mode and communication scheme of the clean energy interconnectivity.
