摘要
随着对产学研的深入研究,转而进一步针对作为产学研三大主力方之一的高等院校进行研究,试图从R&D人员投入产出的新视角来探讨高等院校的科技成果。由区域高等院校——山西省高等院校入手,对其R&D人员投入产出现状进行了客观描述,从现状挖掘问题,并对问题进行阐述,提出促进高等院校科技人才投入产出的参考建议。对产学研相结合模式中高等院校自身的科技人才投入产出进行分析评价,希望"以点带面",促进高等院校整体科技实力的提高。
The article starts with in -depth research on ＂production-university -research＂, and then focuses on ＂university＂, a key party of ＂production -university- research＂. The paper attempts to explore the scientific and technological achievements from the new perspective of R＆D staff input and output in colleges and universities. Taking the colleges and universities of Shanxi Province as examples, the paper describes objectively the status quo of the input and output of R＆D staff, finds out the existing problems, analyzes the problems and offers countermeasures accordingly to promote the R＆D staff input and output in colleges and universities.
