论我国的奢侈品生产和消费——也论马克思《资本论》的奢侈品生产和消费思想 被引量:10

On China's Luxury Production and Consumption——Also on the Ideology of Luxury Production and Consumption in Marx's “Das Kapital”

摘要 马克思《资本论》的奢侈品生产和消费的宏观结构论、微观动力论、社会经济条件论和生产效率论等四大奢侈品经济理论,是我国发展奢侈品生产、满足社会正当的奢侈品需求的基本理论根据。我国有巨大的奢侈品需求,奢侈品需求是享受需求,满足消费者的享受需求是人的本性的要求,是社会主义生产目的和以人为本的要求;是扩大国内消费需求的有效途径之一;是消费者的权利;已为社会所认可。发展我国的奢侈品生产,是经济全球化的大国经济要以国内生产为主的要求,有利于我国经济发展和"两型社会"建设,是奢侈品演变为必需品规律的要求,是需求拉动型经济的要求,是一种比进口奢侈品更好的选择。奢侈品的本质是享受资料,奢侈品消费和节约并行不悖。自己研发生产销售奢侈品是上策,进口奢侈品满足国内需求是中策,消费者直接到国外购买奢侈品是下策。要使奢侈品消费成为合理的时尚,就要使收入分配差距合理化,要反对浪费的和无聊的奢侈品消费,禁止用公款进行奢侈品消费。 Luxury production and consumption in Marx's "Das Kapital" includes macro -structure theory, micro -power theory, the theory of social economy conditions and production efficiency. These four luxury economic theories is a fundamental theoretical basis for the development of luxury production and reasonable social luxury demand in our country. China has a huge demand for luxury which is an enjoyment needs. Meeting this kind of demand is a requirement of human nature. It also is the purpose of socialist production and the needs of people - oriented society. It' s one of the effective ways to expand domestic consumption and it has been recognized by society. Furthermore, it is the requirement of domestic production for China to develop luxury industry under globalization. Luxury industry is conducive to domestic economic development and the construction of "resources - conserving and environment friendly society". Besides, it' s the outcome of developing demand - pull economy and following the rule which luxury evolves into necessities. So it is a better choice than importing luxury. The essence of luxury is the enjoyment means. Luxury consumption is not exclusive from saving. Researching, developing, producing and selling our own luxury to meet domestic consumers' demands is the best choice, while importing luxury is the second choice, and buying luxury in foreign countries is the worst. It is necessary to rationalize the income gap, oppose wasteful and silly luxury consumption and prohibit the use of public funds for luxury consumption to make luxury consumption become a reasonable fashion.
