摘要
对枪弹伤所致的异物存留，现行的人体损伤程度鉴定标准仅规定了异物存留的位置，但对异物存留的时间、异物存留对身体造成损伤的严重程度却未予明确。本文结合一起实际案例，探讨枪弹伤致异物存留的损伤程度鉴定。
In the current identification standards for injury severity,only the location is stipulated about foreign bodies caused by gunshot wounds ,but the remaining time and the injury severity to the body are not mentioned. Based on the actual cases, this article discusses the identification of injury severity of the foreign bodies caused by gunshot wounds.
