摘要
通过台车箅条外形尺寸优化、高温合金Mo元素的添加、稀土变质处理的分析,发现外形尺寸的优化和Mo元素的添加可明显提高箅条的高温强度,而采用钇基稀土复合变质处理,能显著提高算条的高温抗氧化能力和耐热性能,可成倍提高台车算条的使用寿命。
The analysis shows that the outline dimension optimization of pallet grate bar and the addition of high-temperature alloy element Mo can obviously increase the high-temperature resistance of grate bars, and the Y-base rare earth compound modifying treatment can greatly improve the high temperature oxidation resistance and heat-resistant performance. The service life of pallet grate bars will be multiplied.
