摘要
收集了国内榆科中7属22种花粉,利用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对花粉形态进行了观察和研究。榆科花粉形态可分为两个基本类型。萌发孔和外壁纹饰作为分科、分属、分种的重要依据。榆科花粉形态的研究,为榆科的分类提供孢粉学方面的参考资料。
This paper describes the pollen morphology of 22 species belonging to 7genera of Ulmaceae from China. The pollen grains were all examined and observed under a light microscope and scanning electronic microscope. Two types of pollen grains are distinguished in the family:(1) The pollen grains are 4～7-porate, the exine verrucate, striatelumplike, cerebelloid, coarsely reticulate or fine reticulate. They are U-type and found in the genus Ulmus, Zelkova, Hemiptelea. (2) The pollen grains are 2～4-porate, the exine granule, verrueate. They are C-type and found in the genus Celtis, Aphananthe, Pteroceltis, Trerna.
