Testing the reliability and validity of Chinese version pain self-efficacy questionnaire in a population with chronic low back pain

摘要目的使用中文版疼痛自我效能问卷(PSEQ)来评估慢性下腰痛患者的疼痛心理认知特质,进一步研究PSEQ对慢性下腰痛患者的信度和效度。方法对英文版PSEQ进行修订后使用中文版PSEQ对94例慢性下腰痛患者进行调查,再对量表进行项目分析、信度和效度的检测。结果项目分析显示,中文版量表中的10个项目均符合测量学要求,高、低分组被试在所有题目上的得分差异都达到显著性水平;量表的内部一致性Cronbach′sα系数为0.875,分半系数为0.946;各因子之间和各因子与总量表的相关系数为0.441～0.887;3个公因子共能解释总体方差70.656%;与疼痛数字评分量表无显著相关、与Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷、36项简化版健康调查问卷分别呈负相关和正相关(均P<0.01)。结论中文版PSEQ具有较好的信、效度,可作为我国慢性下腰痛患者疼痛自我效能感测量的有效工具。
