摘要
本文主要介绍矿热炉负荷在110 kV进行无功补偿后,达到了提高设备有效容量、节能、提高功率因数、增加产品产量的目的,同时针对矿热炉在运行过程中产生的谐波,提出了解决方案。对现场运行数据进行分析后表明,在主负荷侧直接安装无功补偿装置的效果显著,希望进行经验交流后,得到进一步完善与提高。
In this paper, such objectives of the submerged arc furnace, after 110 kV reactive power compensation, as improving the effective capacity of equipment, energy saving, improving the power factor and production volume are described, and the solution to the harmonics of submerged arc fur- nace occurred during the operation period is proposed. It is shown that through the analysis of the onsite operation data that reactive power compensation device directly installed at main load side has obvious effect. It is expected that further improvement and perfection are obtained after experience communication.
