摘要
孔子"君子"人格思想具有丰富的层次性和深刻的内涵,实质上彰显了"君子"仁、义、礼、知、信的基本品质。在信息网络化、文化多元化、市场经济运行的当代背景下,大学生理想人格之塑造亟待汲取"君子"人格思想之养分:理性博爱——开启和谐人格的"窗口";崇尚道义——践履高尚人格的"阶梯";重礼守信——塑造健全人格的两大品质;自觉内省——人格养成的重要方法。
Confucius＇ thoughts on ＂gentleman＂ personality have abundant gradation and profound connotation, which essentially demonstrates the ＂gentleman＇ s＂ quality： benevolence, righteousness, propriety, knowledge, and credit. In the context of information network, cultural diversity and marketization,it has important implications for college students＇ personality shaping： rational love is the medium of harmonious personality; righteousness is the way to noble personality; propriety and credit are two quality of health personality;conscious introspection is an important method of personality shaping.
