摘要
目的分析国内有关自护理论文献的相关情况,揭示自护理论在我国的研究状况、特点,发展趋势及存在的问题。方法以CNKI、VIP、CBM为数据来源,"自理理论""Orem理论"等作为主题词,检索1996—2011年收录的有关自护理论的文献,并用文献计量学方法对检索结果进行分析。结果共检索到符合要求的文献为738篇,近年来我国发表的自护理论有关文献总体呈上升趋势,以广东省发表文献量最多。只有30.1%的文献发表于统计源期刊,且各地发表文献量存在差异。结论国内有关自护理论文献呈逐年增长趋势,但文献质量不高,科研基金资助力度不够,该理论在各地的应用存在较大差异,研究领域的广度与深度不够,有待进一步的研究与应用。
Objective To analyze the research of self-care theory in domestic periodicals and to summarize its features, development trend and some ongoing problems. Methods In the study, literature retrieval was conducted for papers from 1996 to 2011 in CNKI, VIP and CBM with the key words of self-care theory and Orem theory then biblometrical analysis was carried out. Results Altogether 738 papers were included and there was in general on the increase in recent years. There were most papers on self-care theory from Guangdong Province. While only 30.1% of the papers were published in statistical source periodicals. Conclusion Though with rising tendency of publishing, the quality of paper still needs to be bolstered which shows that there is application difference of self-care theory in each area and further research and application of the theory is in urgent needs.
