中外合作办学项目学生自主学习中的教师角色研究 被引量:2

Teacher’s Role in College Students’ Autonomous Learning——Taking a Sino-Foreign Joint Program as an Example

摘要 近年来,自主学习理论被外语教学界所接受。大学生英语自主学习能力的发展受到多种因素的影响,而其中教师在课堂的角色定位也起着不可忽视的作用。目前,传统的以教师为中心的课堂教学逐步被以学生为中心的课堂所取代。这种模式有利于提高学生学习的主动性和积极性。尤其是相对于中外合作办学项目的英语课程而言,针对办学模式的特殊性和学生的特殊性,学生的英语自主学习能力的培养尤为重要,在中外合作办学项目的英语课堂,教师应该成为课堂的管理者和设计者、学生学习的促进者和顾问、学生自主学习的教练和评价者以及学习资源的提供者和西方文化理念的传播者。 In recent years, the theory of Autonomous Learning has been accepted by foreign language teaching circle. College students' autonomous learning is influenced by many factors, in which the role of teachers in the classroom has played an important part. For the moment, the traditional teacher-centered foreign language teaching pattern has been gradually supplanted by a new students-centered pattern which helps students learn actively and efficiently. As for college students in Sino-Foreign joint program, the cultivation of their autonomous learning is particularly important. Aiming at the specialty of the running model and the students of Sino-foreigu joint programs, the roles of a teacher in English class should be brought into full play as a manager and a designer of the language teaching class, a facilitator and councilor of students' learning process, a tutor and assessor of students' autonomous learning, a source and transmitter of teaching material and western culture.
