摘要
采用参数化设计方法,利用PRO/E软件的Pro/PROGRAM模块建立发动机零件的参数化模型,并利用关系式实现元件之间的尺寸驱动和发动机活塞机构组件的参数化建模,实现了发动机活塞机构的参数化设计及仿真。设计人员只需改变零件的参数就能改变整个组件模型,减少重复设计的工作量,同时方便设计人员考虑产品整体性能,缩短产品设计开发周期。
Parametric design method was used and a parametric model of the engine components was established by using Pro/ PROGRAM module on PRO/E in this paper. The dimension-driven was achieved by using the relationship between the components and the parametric modeling of engine piston mechanism components was accomplished. Then engine piston mechanism parameterized design and simulation were achieved. The engine piston mechanism assembly model could be changed when the designers simply changed the parameters of the parts, in this way the workload was reduced. The designers could conveniently consider the overall product performance, and the product design and development cycle would be shortened.
