静止同步补偿器在电弧炉治理中的应用仿真 被引量:8

摘要 大型电弧炉在生产过程中会引起电网电压波动和闪变,静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)能够平滑、快速地改变发出无功功率,已成为动态无功补偿的核心装置。为解决实际系统关键参数不确定且受到不可测量干扰问题,对应用于电弧炉治理的STATCOM采用H∞控制。根据系统性能要求选取混合灵敏度设计中的加权函数,计算广义被控对象的状态空间实现,最后通过解Riccati方程得到鲁棒控制器。仿真结果表明应用H∞控制的STATCOM明显减轻了电弧炉负载对电网电压的影响。 Large-scale electric arc furnace can result in voltage fluctuation and flicker in the production process. static synchronous compensator (STATCOM) which can change the output reactive power smoothly and quickly, has already become the core device of dynamic reactive power compensation. In order to solve the problem of actual sys- tem affected by unmeasured disturbance without knowing critical parameters, STATCOM is controlled with H∞ strat- egy. Select weighting function of mixed-sensitivity optimization problem according to the requirements of system performance,calculate the generalized state-space realization of the controlled object,and the H∞ controller is ob- tained by solving Riccati equation finally. Simulation results show that STATCOM with the proposed control strategy significantly reduces the impact to the grid voltage caused by electric arc furnace.
