摘要
对于羊毛、马海毛、锦纶混纺针织物中纤维成分的定量分析,详细介绍了物理法、化学法以及物理化学结合法计算公式。以深圳市计量质量检测研究院和广州市纤维产品检测院对试验样品的检测结果的平均值为近似真实值,对比分析了物理法、甲酸法和碱性次氯酸钠法的测试准确性,指出先用碱性次氯酸钠或甲酸溶解动物纤维或锦纶,然后将原样或不溶解的纤维使用物理法在CU-Ⅱ型纤维细度分析仪进行分析,从而确定各组分纤维含量的方法是可行的;且碱性次氯酸钠法可操作性强,检测结果稳定可靠;而单独使用物理法所得结果与真实值相差甚远。
The computational formulas of Physical Method, Chemical Method, Physical and Chemical Connective Method for testing fiber content in wool mohair/nylon blended fabric were introduced. Using the average test data from Shenzhen Measurement Quality Inspection Institute and Guangzhou Fiber Product Testing Hospital Inspection as the approximate real value, compared the results accuracy form Physical Method, Formic Acid Method and Alkaline Sodium Hypochlorite Method. It is proved that Alkaline Sodium Hypochlorite Method or Formic Acid Method can be used to dissolve animal fibers or nylon first, then use Physical Method with CU-]] Fiber Fineness Analyzer to quantitative analysis insoluble matter, theses two detective processes are feasible; Meanwhile, it is found that Alka- line Sodium Hypochlorite Method are simplifying operation, the results from it are accurate and stable, but the re- sults from Physical Method alone are inaccurate and unreliable.
