摘要
文中综述了4类涤纶经编绒产品的生产工艺。对于涤纶经编起圈产品,详细分析了染色、开幅缝头、柔软整理、拉幅烘干、起圈、拉幅定形工序的工艺参数和要求;对于涤纶经编天鹅绒产品,详细分析了绒毛开松、剪毛、预定形、染色、柔软整理与短环烘干、拉幅定形工序的工艺参数和要求;对于涤纶经编双针床绒类产品,详细分析了配布、剖幅、预定形、染色、浸轧柔软剂与短环烘干、梳烫剪、拉幅定形工序的工艺参数和要求;对于涤纶经编麂皮绒产品,详细分析了起毛、剪毛、预定形、碱减量、染色、柔软整理、拒水整理、拉幅烘干、磨毛工序的工艺参数和要求。另外,分别详细阐述了这4类产品在加工过程中的注意事项。
The prodution processes of four types polyester warp knitted pile products were introduced. For polyester warp knitted loop products, the technological parameters and requirements of dyeing, scutching and sewing, soft finishing, stentering drying, looping, stentering setting were introduced; for polyester warp knitted velvet products, the technological parameters and requirements of fluff opening, shearing, preset, dyeing, soft finishing, short ring drying, stentering setting were introduced; for polyester warp knitted double needle bed wool products, the technological parameters and requirements of preparing, scotching, preset, dyeing, soft finishing, short ring drying, comb and hot and shear process, stentering setting were introduced; for polyester warp suede products, the technological parameters and requirements of fluffing, shearing, preset, caustic reduction, dyeing, soft fishing, wa- ter repellent finishing, stentering drying, brushed were introduced. Meanwhile, matters needing attentions in pro- duction of these four products were stated.
