摘要
研究了镀锡板表面铬酸盐钝化膜中的含铬量与铬酸盐浓度、温度、阴极钝化电流密度、钝化电量的关系。用增加了钝化膜含铬量的低锡量镀锡板与E1、E2 的常规镀锡板进行了盐雾对比试验 ,孔隙率对比试验 ,并且用增加了钝化膜含铬量的低锡量镀锡板进行了涂附性能和焊接性能试验。用XPS对钝化膜的组成进行了分析。
Synopsis Studies are carried out on the relationship between the chromium content in the chromate passivation film of the tin plate surface and the concentration and temperature of chromate,the intensity of the cathodic passivation current and the quantity of electricity.Salt spray comparison test and porosity ratio comparison test between the low tin plate with increased Cr passivation film and conventional E 1 and E 2 tin plate as well as tests on the adhesiveness and weldability of the low tin plate with increased Cr passivation film are also conducted.Based upon the test results constitution of the passivation film is analyzed using XPS.
