摘要
非圆齿轮的设计与制造是比较复杂的.本文提出了一个先进的变位齿轮的方法,并在非圆齿轮节曲线离散处理的基础上采用了计算机辅助设计和计算机辅助制造的新方法.本文提出的方法可满足非圆齿轮的设计与制造的要求.
The design and manufacturing of non-circular gears are rather complicated and tedious.This paper presents a new design and manufacturing method for such gears with addendum modification. Based on the discretization of pitch curve of non-circular gears, CAD and CAM techniques are provided. To facilitate the use of programmed numerical machine controls, computer graphic simulation of machining process has been established. The method covered in this paper can meet the needs of design and manufacturing of non-circular gears.
