摘要
该系统设计了一种低压控制柜中温度控制的解决方案,低压控制柜是智能交通系列产品,可集成栏杆机、车道通行灯、声光报警等多种电路模块。不同的电路模块对环境有不同的需求,环境温度是其中的一个关键因素,适宜的温度是低压控制柜正常工作的必要条件。该系统由温度传感器DS18B20自动采集温度,光耦MOC3041M智能控制温度,数码管实时显示温度。该温度控制系统简单易实现,广泛应用于工控机等工业场所中;模块化的设计思想,方便用户的二次开发。
This system designs a kind of temperature control solution in the low voltage control cabinet. Low voltage cabinet is one of intelligent transportation series products which are the integration of rail machine, lane lamp, somld and light alarm module. Differ- ent circuit module has different needs on the environment, especially on the temperature. The right temperature is necessary for low voltage control cabinet to work. The temperature sensor DS18B20 automatically collects temperature. The optical coupler MOC3041M intelligently controls temperature and the Nixie tube real-timely displays temperature. It is a simple, easy to realized modularity system. This system is widely used in industries and is convenient for users to do secondary development.
