摘要
在英语学习过程中,母语尤其是学习者自身的方言是语音习得的一大主要障碍。本文以语言迁移理论为理论支撑,分析了甘肃省河西地区方言的语音特征及其对英语语音学习的负迁移影响。只有充分了解了河西地区方言与英语语音的具体差异,才会较大程度的改变该地区英语学习者的语音面貌。
The mother tongue, especially the dialect, remains a big obstacle to the acquisition of English pronunci- ation. The paper, based on language transfer theory, analyzes the phonetic characteristics of Hexi dialect of Gansu province and its negative transfer influence to English phonetic learning as well. Only the phonetic differences between Hexi dialect and the language of English are made clear, and then the English learners in this area can improve a lot in pronunciation.
