摘要
在分析CMAC小脑神经网络结构原理的基础上,构建CMAC观测器对液压位置伺服系统进行故障诊断。建立液压位置伺服系统模型,利用CMAC观测器对电子放大器故障和液压泄漏故障进行仿真分析,分析结果证明了CMCC观测器对故障诊断的有效性,该方法具有一定的理论价值。
The principle of CMAC was analyzed. CMAC observer was constructed for fauh diagnosis of hydraulic position servo system. Through modeling for hydraulic position servo system, simulation analyses for electronic amplifiers fault and hydraulic leak fault were conducted with CMAC observer. The results prove the effectiveness of CMAC observers for fault diagnosis. It has certain theoretical value.
