摘要
本文介绍了一种利用马赫—曾德尔干涉原理,用两条单模保偏光纤构成的温度传感器,并设计了由一对光纤束和TP801单板机组成的干涉条纹光电自动检测系统。
A simple fiber-optic interferometric temperature sensor is desrcr-cribed in which two singlemode polarization preserving optical fibers are used as the sensing element and the reference beam of the Mach-Zehnder interferome ter respectively.The photoelectric counting of the interference frings is received and processed with an automatic measuring system by means of pair of photodiodes and a single boad computer TP801.
