摘要
纳米流体作为一种新型传热冷却工质已成功应用于热管强化传热领域。分析了纳米流体及热管的技术进展,指出纳米流体应用于热管可以明显降低热阻,强化传热性能,增大最大功率。从目前的研究情况来看,需要从热管的使用寿命、可靠性和经济性等技术问题开展进一步的工作,有必要对纳米流体热管及其传热机理和传热性能进行深入研究与完善。
As a new kind of working medium for heat-transferring and cooling, nanofluid has been successfully used in heat pipe enhanced transfer area. By analyzing the technology development of nanofluid and heat pipe, points out that nanofluid can reduce the thermal resistance, enhance heat transfer capacity and increase the maximum power. Based on current researches, more tests and studies should be carried out on heat pipe's working life, reliability, economic and other technical issues to fully understand and enrich heat transfer mechanism and heat transfer performance of heat pipe with nanofluid.
