摘要
研究奥氏体高锰钢在非强烈冲击高应力磨损工况下提高抗磨性的工艺新途径。采用RE-Al-Si-Fe新型复合变质剂对高锰钢进行二步法脱氧、变质处理,利用钒渣,加入微量元素铌,有效地提高材料抗磨性,并保持了奥氏体高锰钢原有的高安全系数的使用性能。
A newtechnology to enhance anti-abrasive property of austenite high Mn steel under conditions of nonviolent impact and high stress wear has been introduced, which has not only improved effectively material wearproof but also has kept on high safety coefficient of performance by treatment of 'two steps deoxidize' and modification via a new type modifier of RE, Al, Si and Fe, by use of V slap and addition of micro alloy element Nb.
