摘要
本文简单介绍了统计质量管理的一些基本知识，同时开发了一套计算机辅助铸造生产 过程统计质量管理系统，可以对铸造过程的质量数据进行分类和统计分析，判断影响工序质量的主 要因素，以保证生产过程的稳定。
The fundamentals of statistical quality control have been introduced in the paper, and a computer aided foundry manufacturing process statistical quality control system has been developed. The sys- tem can be used to classify and to analyze casting quality information statistically, and to determine the main in- fluencing factors and to ensure that the manufacturing process is under good control.
