Alalloy cylinder block and head with high dimension accuracy can be produced by Cosworth technology which has been successfully used by world famous automotive group such as Ford etc. The reasons that this technology has been selected are as follows: high productivity, high flexibility, high stable quality of castings, potential of highly automatic and minimizing consumption.
