摘要
设计了一种伺服电机驱动的基于滚珠丝杆与铰杆增力机构的压力机,分析了其工作原理,给出了压力机的压力计算公式。该压力机利用伺服电机产生动力,动力经齿轮传动传给滚珠丝杆,经左右旋滚珠丝杆带动套筒上的浮动滚子和铰杆增力机构运动,产生向下的压力,实现对工件加压。该压力机结构紧凑,运动精确,功能较为完善,传动效率高,且节能环保,可在一定范围内代替产生环境污染的液压传动压力机,绿色化特征明显。
Based on the ball screw and toggle force amplifier, a new kind of servo press is designed. Its working principle is introduced, and the relevant formula of the press pressure is presented. The power is generated by servo motor and enlarged by the gear drive. By using the left or right ball screw, enlarged power is transmitted to the floating roller of sleeve and toggle force mechanism, which resulted downward pressure to the workpiece. The press has the ad- vantages of compact structure, precise movement, perfect technology performance, high transmission efficiency, energy - efficient and environmental protection. This environment - friendly mechanism can replace the hydraulic press which produces to environmental pollution in a certain range.
